Arriving at the hotel was a nightmare. We had to take a taxi to a separate location to collect the keys, which cost us an additional 12 Euros. the location of the hotel was also inconvenient, as there were no shops, cafes, or bars nearby. the only way to get anywhere was by bus, which was a hassle. once we finally reached the apartment, we were pleasantly surprised. the room was clean and spacious, with plenty of storage space for our belongings. the bathroom was also clean, with fresh towels provided. the service, on the other hand, was non-existent. There was no reception and no one available to assist us with any queries or show us the facilities. the advertised breakfast at the snack bar did not start until almost 10am, leaving us hungry and frustrated.

The keys had to be collected from a different location, adding unnecessary hassle to our arrival.
